  • Add transitions
  • Adjust colour and lighting

Cutting & Timing

  • I cut clips to match the beat and lyrics
  • Ensured smooth flow between shots

  • Used fade-in and fade-out transitions
  • Created a soft and emotional feel


Colour Grading

  • Reduced brightness and saturation
  • Added warm/muted tones

  • Carefully matched clips to:
    • Lyrics
    • Emotional moments
  • Piano scene aligns with key parts of the song

1.  How do your products represent social groups or issues? My music video and the digipack  represent that teenage girl who is suffering from heartbreak and emotional trauma. Representation that is real and relatable instead of what’s very common in mainstream media realism and relatability. This image demonstrates a close- up look at human emotion: The close-up  look of the character's face. The viewers can clearly see her emotion and in this way have an emotional connection to her, thanks to a close-up  view at the time. That resonates with Stuart Hall's perspective that the source of meaning comes from media. My product is not like the typical images of women that come from media: They too may have glamour and perfection. There's a limited focus on my character’s clothing such as a t-shirt and jeans, with minimal makeup.
